Most Islington residents (or wannabe Islington residents) will tell you they love Camden Passage. It’s cute, there’s a lot going on and there’s plenty to see, whether you want to eat, buy a necklace from a junk shop or ponder on some antique furniture.

Look where Bethany and I went today! I’d heard a few whispers about Issy’s Milky Way so we decided to check it out. It’s adorable. There are cupcakes and other sweet things, milkshakes and coke floats, toasties and a lovely waiter with a very tall quiff. We each got a milkshake and Bethany got an Elvis cupcake and we marvelled at the various kitsch wares for sale around us.

It has been a little while! I’ve had no compulsion to pick up my camera, having been so busy with work. These are of our modest little garden that has no grass, so only looks pretty covered in snow. I’m dreading the inevitably icy walk to work tomorrow but for now I’ll savour the crunch of new snow under my wellies.
